Lymphatic Drainage is a form of therapy that stimulates the lymphatic system with gentle strokes. The light rhythmical therapy encourages the lymphatic system to eliminate metabolic waste products, excess fluid and bacteria.  At My Wellness Solutions we use a combination of manual Lymphatic Drainage and state of the art machines that enhance the treatment.

The effects of Lymphatic Drainage are numerous and include general benefits to the nervous and muscular systems. Lymphatic Drainage is a great addition to other detox measures, as it encourages fluid flow in the connective tissues.

The lymphatic system is composed of lymph vessels, lymph nodes, and organs. Part of the body’s defense system, the lymph nodes remove microorganisms and other foreign substances. They act as a filtration system that keeps particulate matter, such as bacteria, from entering the bloodstream. Therapeutic essential oils are customized for your specific needs and applied to the body prior to wrapping it in a thermal spa blanket. The thermal blanket helps the oils penetrate deeper to promote faster results.

Ear candling is a therapy used since antiquity as an anti-inflammatory remedy for its calming and relaxing effect, that promotes general wellness. Through the use of a spiral cone made of fine fabrics coated with paraffin and impregnated with aromatic oils and reinforced with herbal extracts. The main purpose is to remove accumulated toxic waxes for a long time, deposits of yeast and other debris through osmosis or suction. A gentle warm smoke enters the ear canal and softens the toxins inside the eardrum that are brought to the center of the cone. Immediately you feel a sense of comfort and cleanliness that result in improvement for certain imbalances such as headaches, migraine, respiratory problems, allergies, candidacies, sinusitis, tinnitus, and other conditions. It is suggested every three months as a preventive hygiene.
